We’re seeking inclusive and committed part-time flex schedule Warehouse Pickers/loaders to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for various warehouse duties.
With a self-selected flexible schedule, anywhere from 0-28 hours per week, this position provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking part-time employment to balance work and personal commitments.
Shifts are available for 4 hours at a time; you can sign up for back-to-back shifts but cannot exceed more than 8 consecutive hours in a day. Shift segments are variable; employees sign up for their schedule based on weekly shift availability. Shifts are typically offered on Sundays and Fridays and some days in between. Shifts and schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Shifts are available on a first-come first-serve basis. To maintain employment, you must work a minimum of 8 hrs a month. This is a flex position, not a set schedule, therefore employee is responsible for selecting available shifts each week.
It's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here is a list of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:
· Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer from a belt.
We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and it's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum requirements for this role:
